Festival Québec BD is back from April 10 to 14, 2024, and for the occasion, two Belgian comic artists Alix Garin and Nicolas Pitz will participate in various activities including signing sessions and DB improvisation.
It will also be the return of the Grand Comics Quiz, initiated by the delegation and our traditional comics reporter, who this year will be Benjamin Cuvelier, who will scrutinize the festival and publish one board per day throughout the event.

Comic Quiz with a Belgian flavour
The great Comic Quiz is back and organized this year at the craft brewery La Korrigane on April 9, 7.30pm. Completely free and accessible to young and old alike, this quiz offers you the chance to test your knowledge of comic, on your own or in groups of 4, and win a whole host of prizes!
This event is made possible thanks to the collaboration of Québec BD, the Wallonia-Brussels general Delegation in Quebec City, in conjunction with E=Hergé2, La Korrection and La Korrigane craft brewery.

Comic strip reporting
For the 2024 edition of the Quebec BD festival, the comic strip reporter will be Belgian illustrator Benjamin Cuvelier. He will be taking on the challenge of publishing one comic strip a day, inspired by his experience in Quebec City and the festival. His fresh perspectives on the city and the event will provide a refreshing angle. Throughout the festival, Cuvelier's illustrations will be published on the festival’s social networks and those of the Wallonia-Brussels general Delegation in Quebec City. Two Belgian comic artists invited to the festival
