As part as the 2nd iteration of the “Belgian Days in Toronto”, the Belgium Embassy in Canada and the General Delegation Wallonia-Brussels in Quebec invite you to the projection of the movie “ Employee of the Month (L'employée du mois) ” from the Belgian filmmaker Véronique Jadin, at the Alliance Française de Toronto.
About the Belgian Days in Toronto
The Belgian Days in Toronto is an initiative of the Embassy of Belgium in Canada and its partners to promote the friendship, cooperation and partnership between Belgium and Canada, and more particularly with the City of Toronto.
Organized from April 25 to 29, 2023, they will make you discover different facets of Belgium through activities open to the public!
The movie night will serve as an official opening of the Belgian Days in Toronto. It is organized in partnership with the Alliance Française de Toronto, the General Delegation of Wallonia-Brussels in Quebec, the European Union Film Festival, and the International Francophone Film Festival Cinéfranco.

Synopsis - Employee of the Month (L'employée du mois)
Inès (45) may have behaved like a model employee in her business selling cleaning products, but she was never recognized or paid properly. Under the blasé gaze of Mélody, the young trainee, she decides to ask Patrick, her boss, for her first raise.
